Acetylisovaleryltylosin tartrate

Introduction: Acetylisovaleryltylosin(AIV), used as a tartrate salt, is a new 16-membered lactone ring macrolide antibiotics, which is active against Gram-positive bacteria. Owing to its less usage doses and lower residues, AIV, being the same antibacterial spectra as the tylosin, usually is applied to a substitute product of tylosin at present. Pharmaceuticals for veterinary use only, it is proposed as an aid in the prevention and treatment of porcine and avian Mycoplasma diseases and therefore also improves the feed conversion rate. The action mechanism of AIV: AIV bonds to the 50s ribosomal subunit and then obstructs the path by which nascent peptides egress the ribosomal. Blocking of the exit tunnel by AIV induces premature dissociation of peptidyl-tRNAs from the ribosome, and so the synthesize of bacteria protein is inhabited. Application of Pharmaceuticals It is used to prevent avian mycoplasma synoviae and avian mycoplasma necrotics. It is used to prevent swine dysentery, swine proliferative enteritis, swine enzootic pneumonia. Packaging: 1.
